Babolat Veron Juan Lebrón 3.0
Babolat Veron Juan Lebrón 3.0
The Babolat Veron Juan Lebrón 3.0 is a padel racket developed for attack minded left side players chasing power and explosiveness, without wanting the extremely hard and demanding character of the Viper models. This racket forms the more accessible power variant within the Juan Lebrón line and combines attacking hitting power with more playability and comfort.
The Veron 3.0 is clearly not an all round or control focused racket. It is a power focused model tuned to players who want to finish the point and apply pressure from attack, while still needing some margin for error.
What type of player is this racket suited for
The Babolat Veron Juan Lebrón 3.0 is built for left side players at an intermediate to advanced level who make heavy use of smashes, volleys and aggressive overheads. Players who take the initiative at the net and want to actively decide the point will get the most out of this racket.
For right side players who mainly build up the game, play long rallies and look for control, this racket is less suitable. The Veron 3.0 is designed for finishing and attack, not for directing play and a defensive game.
Key Features
The diamond shape provides a high positioned sweet spot, giving direct support on attacking shots. The balance leans towards the top, which helps generate speed and impact on smashes and overheads.
The hitting surface is built from Carbon Flex, a combination of carbon and fibreglass, and has a medium blade feel. The blade is therefore not hard, but not soft either. This means the racket clearly delivers more power than fibreglass models, but is less stiff and less demanding than full carbon power rackets. The sweet spot is slightly larger and the racket forgives more than harder models.
The core consists of Black EVA, which provides a controlled but relatively comfortable ball exit. This supports the attacking character without making the racket unmanageable.
Playing Feel and Performance
On court, the Babolat Veron Juan Lebrón 3.0 feels attacking, explosive and manageable. On smashes and volleys the racket delivers clear speed and height. In defensive situations the racket stays playable, but control takes a back seat to attack and finishing.
The Veron Juan Lebrón 3.0 is therefore a clear choice for left side players after an attacking racket with a medium blade feel who want more playability than the Viper models offer, within the Babolat range.
